My vision is to be your total concierge real estate source. To educate, assist, guide, and follow through with any of your Real Estate needs. My Mission Statement is, "To build a relationship that lasts well beyond one initial transaction." The above statement is more than just my Mission Statement. It is how I conduct business at all times and try to help my clients and potential clients in any way that I can. I have even provided a 'Concierge Partners' tab on my website, www.BobWalsmithJr.com, to help everyone know what companies and individuals I use and frequent in this beautiful community of Santa Barbara that I call home. I want to help them with more than just buying and selling a home. Recommendations such as local restaurants, wineries, and golf courses, just to name a few. By the way, those just happen to be three of my favorite passions. Please feel free to ask me about those and/or anything else about Santa Barbara and beyond. I will be glad to help!
I come from an engineering background, and people love working with me because I excel in being detail-oriented and process-driven. I help the real estate process be smooth and stress-free.
I have lived on the Central Coast for most of my life and feel very fortunate to call Santa Barbara home. Great weather, great scenery, and great people make for a wonderful place to live! I would welcome the opportunity to give you a tour!
I am also very lucky to have a wonderful and amazing woman in my life: my beautiful Julie. We were married on June 1, 2014. She has lived in Santa Barbara most of her life and is the Office Manager at Hope School.
I bring an extensive background in Finance, Customer Service, and Engineering to my Real Estate business. I believe that this experience enables me to help my clients with the complexities and details of the entire Real Estate process. I am excited about being part of a great team at Keller Williams Santa Barbara and Montecito.
