Our vision at The Walsmith Group is to be your total concierge real estate source. To educate, assist, guide, and follow through with any of your Real Estate needs. It is how we conduct our business at all times and try to help our clients and potential clients in any way that we can. We want to help them with more than just buying and selling a home. Recommendations such as local restaurants, wineries, and golf courses, just to name a few. I am also very lucky to have a wonderful and amazing woman in my life: my beautiful Julie. We were married on June 1, 2014. She has lived in Santa Barbara most of her life and is the Office Manager at Hope School.
I bring an extensive background in Finance, Customer Service, and Engineering to my Real Estate business.
