I would like to introduce a new blog contributor. Krista Lance is a Santa Barbara–based commercial photographer specializing in architecture, interiors, and hospitality spaces. She partners with designers, architects, and builders to translate the spaces they’ve designed and built into powerful visual stories that elevate their brand and attract their ideal clients. With a background in architecture and real estate marketing, she brings a strategic, detail-oriented eye to every project.

I was introduced to Krista through Instagram when I noticed that she had posted some photos about the condo complex in Santa Barbara's Funk Zone, where I have a listing. She subsequently photographed my listing, and her photos turned out amazing!
